Support for Ricodia is handled by email. Please briefly describe what happened, which device and app version are affected, and whether it concerns weather, location, Health steps, challenges, widgets, content, purchase/restore or feedback.
Privacy and deletion requests
Privacy or deletion requests can also be sent to support@patrickbenkoe.com. For server-side feedback, rating or sync data, support needs plausible information to identify the request, such as a feedback title, approximate submission date or the sync code used.
Do not send sensitive data
Please do not send health data, payment data, passwords or other confidential information in free-text fields.
