Support for Ricodia is handled by email. Please briefly describe what happened, which device and app version are affected, and whether it concerns weather, location, Health steps, challenges, widgets, content, purchase/restore, Plus or Ricodia Sync.
Privacy and deletion requests
Privacy or deletion requests can also be sent to support@ricodia.app. Sync account deletion is available in the app. For server-side feedback, rating, or sync data, support needs plausible identifying details such as a support ID, account email if provided, feedback title, approximate submission, purchase, or sync date, affected devices, or store details.
Do not send sensitive data
Please do not send health data, payment data, passwords or other confidential information in free-text fields.
